The Info Center Ticket Office is excited to introduce our new ticketing system for the Holiday Luncheon. You can now purchase tickets online with a small fee and at the Info Center at no additional fees. Tickets can be printed, sent to your email or to your phone. Regardless of which you choose, tickets will now be scanned at the door.
This event is reserved seating by table. We have tables that seat 8 or 10. We are not able to add additional chairs to the tables. The seat number does not matter. Once you are at your reserved table, you are welcome to sit in any seat.

Choose the table and numbers of seats. If you are purchasing tickets for your department, you will be able to transfer each ticket to the staff member via email or phone. The staff member must accept the transfer within a 24-hour period.
If you are purchasing an individual ticket but you want to sit with others, you will need to relay your table number to them.
If you have a group that you want to sit with, it is suggested that you purchase all the tickets at one time. If you purchase tickets individually, there is no guarantee that you will be able to sit together as table are reserved on a first come basis.
Purchasing at the Info Center
The process is similar as online with picking a table however the Info Center Staff will assist you and there are no additional fees for in person purchase. If you are wanting to sit with a particular person, we can only look it up by the person not a department.
